STAGE 5

PROJECT echo hub communal center

Project E.C.H.O hub is a large and expansive plan, to build a massive communal center open to the
public that is planned to be a major business, cultural and tourist destination. It is a plan to help centralize the efforts and aspirations of small businesses, Not-For-Profits, civic organizations and general sunshine coast residents into one cohesive focal point. The basis of the plan involves a plot of land, where sections are divvied up to organizations that desire to be part of the project, with cheap affordable rent and 20% of profits going to upkeep maintenance and other essential costs, run through a federalized democratic committee. With a combined effort, a vast number of activities and projects can be undertaken ranging from recreational, physical, educational, cultural, and mental health. The project is aimed at creating a massive contribution to The Sunshine Coast in preparation to showcase us to the world during the 2032 Olympics.
